Hot Air Ballooning - Western Australia
The Avon Valley, Western Australia, is the ultimate place to experience the enchantment of a hot air ballooning. This rural landscape, with its rolling hills, lush green fields, and meandering streams provides a picturesque setting for the oldest and purest form of flight.
After arriving at the Northam Airfield, tea and coffee will be served while your pilot briefs you about the morning's proceedings. You will then be taken to the chosen launch site where passengers are able to assist with the inflation of the balloons. All on board, the balloon lifts off for your flight of approximately 45 mins to 1 hour.
Upon landing and packing up the hot air balloon, our retrieve crew will return you to Northam for Champagne and a sumptuous cooked breakfast. There is a buffet of fruits, cereal, pastries and cheeseboard, and a full cooked breakfast is served to your table. Champagne is served to toast your flight. Juices, coffee and tea are also available. Please advise if there are any vegetarians or special dietary requirements.

Northam, is approximately 100kms from Perth CBD. Please allow at least 1.5 hours for the journey.

Guidelines:
Please advise of weights at time of booking and also if you have had a recent injury or surgery. Flights run daily subject to availability and minimum numbers between early April and late November excluding public holidays. Flights do not operate during the warmer months of Dec to March.
Numbers:
The voucher is for one person. There may be up to 20 other people in the basket with you during your flight.
Weather:
Safety is paramount in our operations. Strong winds or heavy rain could result in cancellation by your Pilot and your flight will be rescheduled for a later date. You will need to call the flight centre on 0411 739 977 after 7.35pm the evening before your flight to confirm conditions and start time.
Session Length:
You will need to allow at least 4 hours for the complete experience including the balloon inflation, the flight, vehicle recovery and champagne breakfast. The actual flight will last approx 45mins to 1 hr. Flights are available for bookings during April - November.
Extra Info:
No cancellations or changes to flight bookings will be accepted within 7 days prior to the day of flight. We cannot fly anyone more than 14 weeks pregnant.
