Where practical, we seek opportunities for suitable excess, discontinued or surplus products to be responsibly reused rather than discarded.
We continue to review our stock management, product handling and warranty processes to help reduce avoidable product waste.
Packaging and Operational Practices
We review our packaging, freight, recycling, office and administrative processes to identify practical opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency.
Stepper Eyewear products are supplied using lightweight, recyclable cardboard packaging. The boxes are produced from a single specially cut and creased sheet and are constructed without additional fixings.
We also seek to reduce unnecessary packaging, recycle appropriate materials, use electronic records where practical and work with suppliers on more responsible packaging options.
Responsible Sourcing
We recognise that sustainability also involves the suppliers and products within our supply chain.
When working with suppliers, we encourage responsible business and environmental practices and consider product quality, durability, packaging and regulatory compliance where appropriate.

Community Reuse Initiatives
Optique Line is exploring opportunities to work with industry and community partners to repurpose suitable unused optical frames for communities experiencing barriers to accessing vision care.
