Environmental Systems Regulations

100% of Optique Line suppliers have implemented an Environmental Management System and/or have released a Sustainability Responsibility Report and abide by local environmental guidelines. With 8 in 10 Suppliers implementing some form of environmental impact tracking.

Female equality

Optique Line believes strongly in female equality, with 50% of our employees being female. In addition, 48% of employees from Optique Line suppliers are female.

Optique line proudly celebrates diversity. We maintain and respect an inclusive LGBTQ-friendly workplace.

Waste Management

All Optique Line suppliers have incorporated water, solid waste and hazardous waste management system ensuring minimal impact to local waterways and oceans.

Optique Line has ensured all employees of all suppliers are a minimum of 18 years of age.

All Optique Line suppliers have implemented a form of specialised safety precautions to ensure worker safety. This includes employee training and safety management systems. Suppliers have also established trade unions free for all employees to join and have developed a Code of Conduct policy, meeting internationally recognised labour and human rights standards.
