Built on feedback from our partners and shaped by real in-practice needs, the 2026 program introduces a more robust and practical framework designed to support your day-to-day operations—not just your product offering.

The program continues to offer two tiers, Gold and Platinum but now with expanded benefits across training, stock management, and operational efficiency. A key evolution for 2026 is the introduction of our Masterclass Training Series, designed to build real capability within your team and reduce reliance on external services.

Gold Partner Program:

Gold partners receive a $200 account credit every 24 months and a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material faults. Benefits include freight-free LAB delivery, 1:1 stock rotation, range reviews, extended trading terms, and bespoke marketing support. New for 2026, access to Masterclass Training Videos supports in-practice skills and service delivery.

Platinum Partner Program:

Platinum partners receive a $500 account credit every 24 months and an unconditional 2-year warranty, including accidental damage. Alongside all Gold benefits, Platinum includes freight-free delivery to LAB and store, priority support, marketing reviews, higher consumables discounts, and in-practice Masterclass training to strengthen product knowledge and day-to-day service delivery.
